SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Must Have Merch. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

UK DELIVERY
- Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.99
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days from dispatch
- FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £100

All UK orders are sent fully tracked so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- Europe (EU): £14.99 — estimated 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: £23.99 — estimated 7–14 working days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charge.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

DELAYS
While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, occasionally delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances with the courier that are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

MISSING, LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and any relevant photos. We'll investigate with the courier and put things right.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to amend it before dispatch.
